“No Questions Asked” Return Policy

Though we do not give any reason(s) to our valued customers like you to return our products, however we do accept returns under our below mentioned policy.

As per the “No Questions Asked” Returns Policy becomes effective when and if, and only if the product is observed to be ‘defective’, as in any portion of the product is found to be torn or holed up or appears to have some manufacturing defect. The “No Questions Asked” Returns Policy becomes applicable for you then and remains effective for the Twenty Four (24) hours from the day and time of the order parcel delivered to you. No requests for the returns will be entertained post the lapse of this timeline.

Please note that for the smooth return of goods:

• The complete procedure of return of goods will be explained to you via e-mail, all your queries in this regard shall be resolved in a timely manner.
• You will be responsible for following the prescribed returns procedures in totality, any failure arising from your end will release/discharge Craftune Fashion from all such liabilities relating to the refund of your money with immediate effect.
• Please ensure that the return products are not used in any ways, what so ever, and neither any defect arises as a result of your upkeep. Upon any such observation of misuse, mishandling, and deliberate attempt to deface or inflicting harm to the clothing products and the attached accessories will release/discharge Craftune Fashion from all such liabilities relating to the refund of your money with immediate effect.

(Kindly note: At the time of both during the processing of your order and during the packaging of your ordered product(s), we carry out procedures of thorough fabric checks of all product pieces sent with the order parcel. Such procedures are carried out under the electronic vigilance.)
