At Craftune, we ensure delivering your products in a secure, safe and seamless manner. For this, we have partnered with the best international logistics companies to deliver orders across 100+ countries.

Delivery TAT

The timely delivery is a great way to make an impression as it provides a happy experience to the customers, this we understand. We have practices and measures in place to provide you with a happy experience(s). Not only that the delivery TAT (Turn Around Times) have been displayed for each product and item on our web store, we send this information in our every order confirmation email sent to our dear and lovely customers.

Considering the size of the order and the processing time involved, we try and arrange for our products getting delivered at your doorstep between 10-12 business days from the date of your placing the order.

For express delivery option the TAT is 7 business days, if the delivery is delayed a credit of the shipping amount will be given for future use with Craftune.

Our Shipping Locations

Our products are delivered in more than 100 Countries across the world.  Our shipping partners do not facilitate P.O. Box address deliveries and hence, we request you to kindly provide your complete and full physical address (mention any nearest landmark if need be) along with postal code/zip code. Additionally, mentioning your valid and functional phone contact number(s) and email address will be simply great!

Your order parcel(s) will be delivered to you on the weekdays, Monday through Friday during the business hours. Working days exclude public holidays and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

Shipping Costs

For any or all your orders the shipping is FREE - worldwide!

Express delivery option is available at the checkout page for an additional cost.

Kindly be informed that if you are unable to receive your order parcel through the first attempted delivery by our logistics partners, you will have to visit their nearest office and coordinate with them to reschedule the delivery timelines or arrange a self-pickup. The applicable charges, if any, will have to borne by you then.

(Please note: Kindly be informed that Craftune Fashion reserves the right to modify its shipping policy at any point in time and without prior notification. However, any changes made to the Shipping Policy will be communicated to all registered customers and reflect on the business website and on the subsequent product catalogues as well.)

Order Parcel Tracking

As soon as your order parcel is shipped, an email containing the information relevant to your order parcel, as in the name of the cargo carrier and the AWB# (airway bill number), will be sent to you.

Besides, you may also track the update(s) for the transit and expected delivery status of your order parcel on the cargo carrier’s website. Additionally, our customer experience team is available at care@craftune.com to assist you with your queries.

Change of Shipping Address

You can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order on our web store. Post the lapse of this timeline, you may notify us by sending an e-mail to care@craftune.com, clearly mentioning the previous shipping address and the new shipping address therein, within three (03) calendar days.

We try to process your order(s) as soon as possible and then dispatch the same. Therefore please ensure to provide us with the correct, full and complete physical address at the first instance itself.

Please be notified that we will not be able to redirect your order parcel(s) to the new shipping address, once the concerned order parcel(s) has/have been dispatched.
